Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return conditions

• Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Please include the invoice or purchase receipt.

How to make a return

2. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
3. We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.
